Garfield is gone..

On the 30th of July , 10:45 am he died in the same way that the kitten died..Sadly i wasn't there with him..I'm really in shock and feel like i failed to look after him properly..As i don't really own him (my husband's grandma does)i don't have much say in where to keep him or how to look after him..Since his broken leg accident i've been against keeping him outdoors..But grandma won't agree..She's a bit stubborn and she wont go back on her word no matter what..She feeds him things i tell her not to..It turns out she fed him milk before he died when i told her not to since he was vomiting and told her that he might get worse..but she didn't listen..I'm feeling very frustrated and annoyed and sad..

Garfield was with us for two and a half years..He was a very sweet cat..His twin brother Zizo was lost and never found..Now he's gone too..

Thank you for all your help through these difficult situations..if it wasn't for your help ,we might have lost him earlier...

I was so sad to get the news about Garfield. Don't blame yourself, you did the best you could under the circumstances.

It took me a couple of days to write back because I was away for a couple of days. I am so very sorry for your loss. It must be very difficult to live in an area where there are no vets. Perhaps that will change in the future.

All the best to you and your family. I send you good wishes for the future and will miss hearing about your beloved Garfield.
