Hi
My cat utterly hates travelling in the car, but will have to make several 2 hour car journies to ou holiday home. She is fine once of the car.
Years ago a homeopathic vet in Sussex recommended Devil's Claw for a cat who was similarly traumatised by car travel, and it worked wonderfully well. I don't have the dosage information, and my local vet is not a homeopathic vet. I am reluctant to use it unless I am absolutely certain I have got the dosage right.
Can anyone tell me what dosage to buy please? Also , is the human version suitable for a cat given the strengths are so low?
Many thanks
Fiona
RESPONSE:
It is my understanding that less than 1/2 tsp is fine for cats.
Here are a couple of related links you may want to look at that might give you some ideas.
